Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:

If there's an issue with your order, don't worry! We'll make it right. Just contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and provide:

  • Your order number
  • Name on the order
  • Email used for the order
  • Your request
  • Most importantly, a photograph showing the issue with the item.

Our customer service team will review the information and arrange for a free replacement or a 100% refund depending on the situation.

We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, you can return the item within 30 days of purchase for a refund, no questions asked.

Here's what you need to know:

Return Shipping: You're responsible for return shipping costs.

Restocking Fee: A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
